Netcall, a contact center solutions business, needed to reposition their brand with a focus on customer experience. We positioned them as the business that can bridge the gulf between your IT department and customer-facing roles to create a seamless customer experience.
It was one of the first times we did pretty much everything from messaging, rebranding, website, strategy, performance, content to CGI animation. We designed a new logo that emphasizes connection, used modern yet approachable typography and designed a brand suit for their product offerings.
And since the launch, we’ve massively raised their SEO rankings. Oh, and they’ve won private sector clients from finance, retail and insurance.
